The quality of our transformer is assured by well defined Quality Policy and procedures in conformance to the ISO-9001:1994 standard. The company acquired the ISO:9001 Quality System Certificate from Det Norske Veritas, vide Certificate No. RIN 350-AQ-1746 dated 14.06.2001. The Quality System Manual (QSM) may be provided on demand.

Our Quality Assurance Plan is guided by the urge to provide uncompromising quality to our valued customers to ensure lasting satisfaction. Each transformer undergoes a prescribed range of the tests as per IS:2026 & IS:1180, BS and DIN. In addition, supplementary tests are carried out as part of an internal sampling procedure to ensure continuous quality monitoring.

The entire range of transformers is type tested (Short Circuit/Impulse Test/Voltage) at CPRI - Bhopal, National Test House - Ghaziabad and Government Engineering College, Jabalpur.

Warranty

• Our product carries an 18 months warranty from supply or 12 months from commissioning, whichever is earlier.
• Further, warranty period stands on the requirement of the customer on the mutual basis.

Testing

Each & every transformer undergoes routine tests as per IS : 2026 & IS : 1180, BS, DIN & IEC requirements.

In accordance with IS:2026 and IS:1180 following tests are carried out on finished Transformer as per sequence.
