Graduate Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) a resilient, high caliber professional who shall be responsible for effective planning & coordinating all manufacturing activities, operational process and HRD of the facility. Should be capable of meeting management targets / volume manufacturing / mobilizing & effective utilization of resources. Right candidate should be a dynamic self propeller from transformer or electrical industry with 10-15 years of experience who can shoulder the responsibility independently and deliver results in time.

General Manager / Sr. Manager (Exports)

Post Graduate / MBA / BE. Position is designed for   well organized personnel having very sharp commercial acumen, excellent techno-commercial skills, fully conversant with export procedures and systems being introduced by appropriate authorities from time to time. Shall be responsible for overall exports. Shall have to support the Management in Identifying, Analyzing, Evaluating and to Execute Potential Business Opportunities. Should be capable of implementing innovative & effective marketing strategies, monitoring markets and studying business trends. Should have extensive experience in overseas tender coordination / Institutional / Direct Exports. Person should be from transformer or associated industry having 10-15 years of experience with excellent command over English.  MBA / BE Qualification shall earn bonus consideration.

Should have extensive experience in domestic tender coordination / Institutional / Direct Sales & Turnkey Projects. Person should be from transformer or associated industry having 10-15 years of experience with excellent command over English. MBA / BE Qualification shall earn bonus consideration.

Marketing Manager / Asstt. Marketing Manager

BE (Electrical) / MBA (Marketing) / Science / Commerce Graduate self motivated who would be responsible for achieving marketing targets in line with company business plans. Should have thorough knowledge of Power Sector and Transformer Industry. Should possess sales promotion / penetration / techno-commercial communication & negotiation skills. Should be capable of independently handling correspondence, tenders and contract management. Should have good interpersonal skills and good command over English. Result oriented person with 5-10 years of experience.

Design Engineer

BE (Electrical) Talented individual having in-depth knowledge of designing transformers upto 20 MVA, 33 KV Class who would be responsible for cost effective product development and providing support to Marketing, Purchase and Shop floor. Should be very well conversant with all design calculations. Should be able to produce technical details based on the primary data provide by marketing deptt.. Should be experience enough to be able to produce designs even if no basic data is provided. Should be able to guide drafting team to make drawings for buyer as well as drawings required for shop floor. Should have expertise in techniques to deliver results in stipulated time.

Experience in Auto CAD / Solid Works would be added advantage.

Person should be from Transformer Industry with experience 5-15 years.

Purchase Manager / Asstt. Purchase Manager

BE (Electrical / Mechanical) / PG (Material Management) / Science / Commerce Graduate. The incumbent would be responsible for material planning, sourcing of materials, negotiating & developing vendors and ensuring optimum inventory levels and high availability of materials for production. Should be able to defy time against requirements. Obtaining & evaluating vendor quotations, negotiations of rates, placing orders, follow up on indents & purchase orders ensuring timely, quality delivery shall form integral part of the role. Ideal person would be from transformer or associated industry with proficiency in purchasing, excellent written communication skills with ability to communicate persuasively and credibly. Strong negotiating and problem solving skills. Proven track record in devising and driving successful purchasing strategies. Experience required 10-15 years.

Draftsman

Science Graduate
Person should be from Transformer or related Industry with 5-10 years of Experience in Auto CAD. Experience in Solid Works would be added advantage. Should have excellent skills in making scaled mechanical & electrical drawings. Person should have sufficient knowledge to calculate necessary parameters required for making drawings. Knowledge of drawings required for CNC Plasma cutting machine shall be added advantage.

For all positions, knowledge of MS Word & Excel will be an asset
